He is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in. One day, Kaito is surfing when he sees a mermaid. The mermaid is injured and Kaito helps her to shore. The mermaid's name is Lucia and she is from the Mermaid Kingdom. Lucia tells Kaito that she is being hunted by the Sea Witch, who wants to steal her voice. Kaito promises to help Lucia and he sets out on a journey to the Mermaid Kingdom. Along the way, Kaito meets other mermaids who are also being hunted by the Sea Witch. Kaito and the mermaids must work together to defeat the Sea Witch and save the Mermaid Kingdom. Kaito is a brave and resourceful hero.
